East End Lodge is the oldest dental practice in Havant and area. Over a period of 70 years, the dentists and staff at East End Lodge, have provided more than 20,000 patients in Hampshire with a wide range of treatments to the highest standards in a relaxed and caring environment.

The house was originally built in 1898 for Lady Brickwood of Brickwood Ales in Portsmouth. (Read more)

In the 1940s the house was converted to a single handed dental surgery and family home. Dr. Peter Cole and his family moved to this house in 1962 and renamed it East End Lodge. The family lived upstairs and Dr. Cole used downstairs as his surgery and reception area. Eventually the family moved out and the whole house was then refurbished to create 4 more surgeries. Dr. John Lippett started as an associate in 1990 and became a partner later on. Dr. Michael Cole (Dr. Peter Cole’s son) joined the practice in 1992 and has been a partner in the practice since. Dr. Barbie Lloyd eventually took over from Dr. Peter Cole in 1997. After birth of her twins in 2004 she decided to spend more time with her family and therefore left the care of her patients with Dr. Gita Azizi in 2005.
